WHEREAS, Glenfed Realty Investments has submitted a GI Deed conveying an easement to the City of Carlsbad for hydrant purposes over a portion of Calle Arroyo, Via Fran. Via Santos, Via Clemente, Calle Caballero, and Cir Santiago; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad determined it to be in the public interest to accept Deed; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of City of Carlsbad, California, as follows: ' 1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 2. That the Grant Deed from Glenfed Realty investmt dated August 6, 1985, conveying an easement for fire hyc purposes over a portion of Calle Arroyo, Via Francia Santos, Via Clemente, Calle Caballero, and Circolo Santia 1 the City of Carlsbad which is on file with the City Cler 1 is incorporated herein by reference, is accepted. 3.
