ENG ELM AVENUE, GLASGOW AND HARWICH DRIVE RECOMMENDED ACTION: By motion, adopt Resolution No's,I@G e-- and --- fyf33-- acce easements for public street purposes and slope rights a1 portion of Elm Avenue, Glasgow Drive and Harwich Drive accepting easements for drainage purposes. ITEM EXPLANATION As a condition of approval of Carlsbad Tract 83-21, developers were required to offer for dedication 102 fe right-of-way along a portion of Elm Avenue, 60 feet of rigk way along Glasgow Drive and Harwich Drive. Additionally, easements and drainage easements are required to construction of street improvements. This agenda bill would provide the next step toward: development of Calavera Hills Park. The City cannot develc planned park site until the streets are in and the water are moved. The City will grade the park site and construction of site improvements on the southern half I park, immediately following the construction of the st1 which will be done within 120 days of February 19, 1986.
