ITEM EXPLANATION
1. As a condition of approval of Carlsbad Tract 83-7, Puebl
De Oro Apartments is required to offer for dedicatio
twelve (12) feet of right-of-way along a portion of th
west side of Calle Caballero, east side of Circol
Santiago and the north side of Via Francisa.
2. Easements for drainage purposes over a portion of the wes
side of Circolo Santiago and the south side of Vi Francisa have been replaced and are no longer necessary.
FISCAL IMPACT
Requiring dedications as a conditi,on of development will sav
the City expenses in the future right-of-way acquisitions.

CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING GRANT DEEDS.
WHEREAS, Glenfed Realty Investments has submitted Gr

WHEREAS, Glenfed Realty Investments has submittec
request for quitclaim of drainage easements over a portior

Francisa; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
determined it to be in the public interest to quitclaim
easements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
City of Carlsbad, 'California, as follows:-
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Quitclaim Deeds conveying drainage easem
over a portion of the west side of Circolo Santiago and
