Deeds for street purposes for a portion of Palomar Airport ITEM EXPLANATION As a condition to the approval of Adjustment Plat No. 252, the applicant is required to dedicate full width right-of- way of Palomar Airport Road along the entire project boundary. Construction of improvements will be required at the time the area is subdivided. FISCAL IMPACT Requiring dedications as a condition of development wil save the City expenses in future right-of-way acquisitions. EXHIBITS 1. Location Map 2.
