RECOMMENDED ACTION: By motion, approve Final Map of Carlsbad Tract 84-27, Condos. ITEM EXPLANATION Staff has completed checking the Final. Map of Carlsbad 814-27, a IO-unit condominium project, on a 0.68 aci located on the southwest corner of Altisma Way and C: Way, for conformance with the Subdivision Map Act and tht of Carlsbad Municipal Code. The Final Map conforms substantiall-y with the conditi approval and the tentative map as approved by the P1 Commission on November 28, 1984 per Resolution No. 2362. This project is exempt from Ordinance 110. 9791 because developing when the Ordinance was adopted. Sect Paragraph 2(F) of the Ordinance reads: "projects for construction has started on all or part of the proje which are shown, 'as developing' on the map labeled E IAI .I1 FISCAL IMPACT The project is estimated to generate park-in-lieu f approximately $6,800, The exact amount of public facilities fees is unknowr the applicant submits applications for building permits.
