CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A 406 UNIT
TENTATIVE TRACT MAP (CT 83-21 (A) ) AND PLANNED UI!
DEVELOPMENT (PUD-57(A)) ON 104 ACRES ON PROPERTP
GENERALLY LOCATED IN THE NORTHERLY PORTION OF
THE CALAVERA HILLS MASTER PLAN AREA.

WHEREAS, on November 13, 1985, the Carlsbad Plan
Cornmission adopted Resolution No. 2513 recommending to th
Council that Tentative Tract Map (CT 83-21(A)) and Planne
Development (PUD-57(A) ) be approved; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsba
December 3, 1985 held a public hearing to consider the
recommendations and heard all persons interested in or op

WHEREAS, the Planning Director has determined t
