The final map conforms substanti with the conditions of approval and the tentative map as appi The City Council approved an amendment to the conditio1 by the City Council on January 3, 1984, per Resolution No. ' December 17, 1985 by Resolution No. 8304. This project has been designated as developing on "Exhibit , Ordinance No. 9791, therefore it is exempt from the moratorii FISCAL IMPACT The project has dedicated park land as defined in the Cal Hills Master Plan. This project is estimated to generate connection fees of approximately $40,000 and water capital estimated are $44,800. The exact amount of public facil fees are unknown until the applicant smbmits application. building permits. No detailed economic impact analysis of this development has conducted.
