Adopt Resolution No. xq4q , appointing three members to the Board of
Directors for the Foundation for Carlsbad Community Cable Television.
ITEM EXPLANATION
The terms of members Sharon Strong, John Manaux, and Bob Cole expired in
January, 1986.
reappointed to the Board of Directors.
Appointments made at this time will be for two-year terms, and will expire on
January 31, 1988.
Other members are Bill Dominguez and Robert Sheppard.

THE FOUNDATION FOR CARLSBAD. COMWNITY CABLE TELEVISION. CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, WPOINTINC TMEE MEMBERS TO
WHEREAS, the terms of Sharon Strong, John Mamaux, and Bob Cole expired on
January 31, 1986;
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following persons are hereby appointed to serve as members of
the Board of Directors for the Foundation for Carlsbad Commmity Cable
Television for terms expiring 3anuary 31, 1988:
