The public hearing for the presentation of the Debt Limit Report was originally scheduled for March 4, 1986. At that hearing a
N majority protest was received in writing and the Council continued the hearing until March 25, 1986.
Staff has been working with the property owners to work out a

M Staff recommends this hearing be continued until April 22, 1986. This will allow this item to be considered at the same time as
the Bridge and Thoroughfare Benefit District.
