BY motion, accept improvements, authorize City Clerk the Notice of Completion and release bonds.
ITEM EXPLANATION
to record
The Developer has constructed all improvements required of this
project and has requested the City to accept the following Public Improvements:
1. 1.198 linear feet of 6” A.C.P. water line. 2. Seven 6" gate valves.
3. Three 2-way fire hydrants.
4. Six 2” domestic services. 5. 255 linear feet 2" copper feeder lines.
6. 667 linear feet of 8” A.C.P. water line.
7. One 6" detector check.
Sewer improvements including:
1. 660 feet of 6” P.V.C. line.
2. 415 feet of 4 P.V.C. line.
3. 65.5 feet of 6’ C.I.P. line.
4. 809 feet of 4” C.I.P. line.
All street improvements within this development are private.
Improvements along the frontage of Avenida Encinas were completed
at the initial subdivision development.
FISCAL IMPACT
The City will be required to maintain water and sewer improve- ments.

To Whom It May Concern:
1 have been requested by Western Communities Associates to obtain
information pertinent to the releasing of the two bonds for the pro-
perty at Avenida Encinas known as SeaPointe Tee Center. Please let
us know what procedure has to be followed to have these bonds released.
