That the above recitations are true and correct 2. That the conditioned negative declaration prepz for CT 85-23/CP-320 is hereby disapproved. 3. That the environmental impact report shall in consideration of project alternatives including but not li to a no project alternative, a residential density reducti alternative and a reduction in scale alternative. 5. That further consideration of CT 85-23/CP-320 continued until after the completion of the environmental report. 6. That the Planning Director is instructed to p - and process all general plan and zone code amendments nece to implement each alternative identified in the environmen impact reports so that the amendments may be considered at same time as CT 85-23/CP-320 is reconsidered.
