RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the refund of the following fees:
Steve Howard $960.00
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The following fees have been collected by the City and should be
refunded to the appropriate parties:

REASON
Mr. Howard requested pennissibn
& received it to work ,on 2/12/86 :
& 2/17/86 {Holidays) & paid the
overtime inspection fees to
cover the cost to the City.
It was later determined that it
was not necessary to have a City
inspector on the job site. Mr. '.:
Howard is requesting a refund of'
the fees paid.
Any refund of fees redu~es the amount of revenue availabl~ to, the
city: however, the city may not retain fees collected in error,
coilected for services ~hich cannot be rend~red, or collected with
the intention of using said fees for a deposit to guarantee the
completion of a task once the task is completed.
