Receive an oral report From the assessment engineer, Norm
Neste and continue the public hearing until May 6, 1986.
ITEM EXPLANATION
The public hearing to consider the Debt Limit Report was
originally scheduled for March 4, 1986. At that time, a
written majority protest was filed and the matter was
continued.
Discussions with the property owners are continuing in order
to find a solution to forming a district.
Mr. Norm Neste will present a report on the status of the
district.
