Dear Chief Jimno:
This is to report to you that I have examined the bid responses for
the Closed Circuit Television Systems that were submitted on March
25, 1986.
I find that the lowest bidder - Dymaxion, Inc. - complies with all
the technical specifications and recommend that the City choose them
as the contractor. Some reference checks would be in order. It
would also be wise to request a demonstration of the solid state CCV
camera to verify the resolution capability.
Cordially yours,
Henry L. Rickter, Ph.D., PE
