This is to certify that the interest in real property
conveyed by the deed or grant dated January 13, 1986
from Imperial Bank, A California Corporation
to the City of Carlsbad, California, a municipal corporation
is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Carlsb
California pursuant to resolution No. 8546 , adopted
on May 6, 1986 , and the grantee consents to the
recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED.
WHEREAS, Imperial Bank, a California Corporatio
submitted a Grant Deed conveying an easement to the C
Carlsbad for water purposes over a portion of Carlsbac
79-5; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsb
determined it to be in the public interest to accep
Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed from Imperial Bank, a Calj
Corporation, dated January 13, 1986, conveying an easeme
water puproses over a portion of Carlsbad Tract 79-5
City of Carlsbad which is on file with the City Clerk
incorporated herein by reference, is accepted.
