ITEM EXPLANATION
On July 9, 1979 an "Offer of Dedication" for streets and hi
purposes was recorded.
On January 25, 1983 the City recorded a "Certificatio
Rejection of Offer of Dedication".
Engineering staff have determined that the offer of dedicati
no longer necessary as access is now provided to these prope
via Faraday Avenue.
The Koll Company, the property owner, has asked that the o
be quitclaimed.

The Carlsbad City Council, at its meeting of May 6, 1986,
adopted Resolution No. 8547, quitclaiming an offer of dedication
for streets and highway purposes over a portion of lots one and
two of Minor Subdivision No. 404, located between Palmer Way
and El Camino Real.
Enclosed is the original Corporation Quitclaim Deed from the
City of Carlsbad to Koll-Wells/ El Camino Associates so that
you may have it recorded.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
Of CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING QUITCLAIM
FOR STREETS AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, The Koll Company has submitted a reques'
quitclaim of an offer of dedication over a portion of L
and 2 of Minor Subdivision 404; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsba
determined it to be in the public interest to quitclaim
offer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council o
