By motion, adopt Resolution No. pfly *approving plans a specifications and authorizing the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the construction of Appian Road. 2. By motion, adopt Resolution No. J+7&&- accepting a Grant Deed for a temporary construction easement for slope construction. 3. By motion, adopt Resolution No. g’6 accepting a Grant Deed for road purposes for a portion of Appian Road. ITEM EXPLANATION: The improvements are for 240 feet in front of one lot at 2410 Appian Way (near Elm Avenue). The property owners have now provided two grant deeds; a temporary construction easement needed to construct proper slopes, and a dedication of easement for road purposes. All other properties in the immediate neighborhood are already improved. FISCAL IMPACT: The Engineer’s estimate for this project is $44,500. No money has been appropriated for this project. Staff will return requesting appropriation concurrent with Award of Contract. EXHIBITS: 1. Location Map. 2.
