ITEM EXPLANATION
The City Council at their meeting of May 13, 1986 directed Attorney to prepare documents approving CT 84-41. The reso
attached carries forward the conditions of approval as reco
the Planning Commission in Resolution No. 2550 and as discu
the memorandum from the Planning Director dated May 7, 1986 reflect a recently adopted Council ordinance regarding the traffic fee and the increased public facilities fee.
Conditions nupber 56, 57 and 63 have been deleted. The fol
conditions have been added:
- "The project as approved shall provide for a cul de sac
