ITEM EXPLANATION The City Council at their meeting of May 13, 1986 directed the Attorney to prepare documents approving CT 85-24. The resolut attached carries forward the conditions of approval as recommc the Planning Commission in Resolution No. 2508 and as discuss€ the previous agenda bill. That document is attached.
