RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt motion authorizing payment to City Manager and City
Attorney for unused executive leave.
BACKGROUND:
Management employees are granted seven days executive leave
each year to compensate them for overtime worked.
Due to the workload over the past year, the City Attorney an
City Manager have been unable to take time off the job. The
"E" time expires if unused on June 30, 1986.
It is requested that Council authorize payment of the unused
leave at the straight time hourly rate.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The 56 hours leave would result in payments of $1,813.27 for
the City Manager and $1,759.42 for the City Attorney.
