Per our attached agreement dated April 21, 1986, we have completed the follc
Weed the crib walls on the north and south side of Tamarach by Ski
Planted the empty pockets of the crib wall.
Filled in ero6ed areas of al:L cells.
Paid down existing water bill to $-0- balance.

This is the second time we have completed the above mentioned work and hopei
with both of us working on this, we wLL1 be able to get TR76-15 bonds total1
released.
Also, attached to this letter, besides our agreement, is the following:

Copy of check for water bill.
Water bill and copy of paid receipt.
Copy of receipt of plant material used on wall.
We would appreciate it if you could transfer the water meter billings to thi City of Carlsbad. Please feel free to call me if I can be of further assis in getting this issue resolved.
