RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept improvements, authorize City Clerk to record the Notice of
Completion, release bonds, and direct the Utilities and Maintenance
Departments to commence maintaining the public streets and sewer lines
associated with this subdivision.
ITEM EXPLANATION
The Developer has constructed all improvements required of this project and
has requested the City to accept the following Public Improvements:
1. Streets: 110,215 Sq. Ft. of A.C. pavement
6,380 L.F. of curb and gutter
23,705 Sq. Ft. of sidewalk
3 cross gutters
8 wheel chair ramps
15 street lights
5 street name signs
22 City monuments
2. Sewer: 3,647 L.F. of 8" V.C. pipe
16 access holes
65 sewer service laterals
3. Storm Drains:
1,815 L.F. of P.C.C. ditch
1,122 L.F. of 18" R.C.P. line
1,815 L.F. of P.C. ditch
78 L.F. of 24" R.C.P. line
7.5 L.F. of 12" C.M.P. line
47 L.F. of 24" C.M.P. line
6 Type C-1 curb inlets
1 Type B curb inlet
3 Clean outs
2 Catch basins

FISCAL IMPACT
The City will be required to maintain publicly dedicated streets and sewers
within this development.

Dear Mr. Houser,
We are hereby requesting that all of the bonds on the above
named subdivision be released. The following is a list of
these bonds:

This is the second time taht we have requested these bonds
be released.
Also, enclosed is a letter that we sent to you on March 12,
1986, requesting release of our grading cash deposit and grading
and erosion control cash deposit. We have received nothing from
you at this time. The total amount is $45,294.
It would be appreciated if you could expedite these releases as
soon as possible, as the cost to renew the bonds would be very
expensive. Please let us know what is happening.
