execute an agreement Mj%th the La Costa Ranch Company to pay
preparation of EIR for the La Costa Master Plan.
ITEM EXPLANATION
At their meeting of June 3, 1986, Council adopted Resolution
8585 approving an agreement with Sanchez - Talarico Associat to prepare an Environmental Impact Report for the review of
La Costa Master Plan. The developers, La Costa Ranch COKtpan
are responsible for the provision of funds and a contract is
required for their participation.
FISCAL IMPACT
$35,325 will be deposited with the City in a trust account t
La Costa Ranch Company upon approval of this agreement.
