Kaiser Development company was recently granted a strc vacation of Dolphin Court and an adjustment plat to cons(
idate four (4) lots into one (1). A condition of that
consolidation is that the developer quitclaim access rig1 along Loker Avenue to control the number of access points that street.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING QUITCLAIM
OF ACCESS RIGHTS TO LOKER AVENUE.
WHEREAS, Kaiser Development Company has submitted i
claim of access rights to Loker Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
mined it to be in the public interest to accept said quitc
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows: I 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Quitclaim Deed conveying access rights t
Avenue of Carlsbad Tract No. 74-21, to the City of Ca
which is on file with the City Clerk and is incorporated
reference; is accepted.
