ITEM EXPLANATION
As a condition of approval of Carlsbad Tract 82-4 the deve
was required to offer for dedication a storm drain eas
adjacent to the southerly right-of-way of Palomar Airport
along the project boundary.
FISCAL IMPACT
Requiring dedications as a condition of development will sal
City expenses in the future right-of-way acquisitions.
