IiNG CITY n RECOMMENDED ACTION: Accept improvements, authorize City Clerk to record the Notice Completion, release bonds, and direct the Utilities and Maintenan Departments to commence maintaining the public streets and sewers associat with this subdivision. ITEM EXPLANATION: The Developer has constructed all improvements required of this project a has requested the City to accept the following Public Improvements: 1. Street Improvements: 57,394 Sq. Ft. of 4" A.C. pavement 2,314 L.F. of curb and gutter 7,481 Sq. Ft. of 4" sidewalk 7,653 Sq. Ft. of cross gutter 2. Sewer Improvements: 1,761 L.F. of 8" V.C.P sewer line 105 L.F. of 6" V.C.P sewer line 2,174 L.F. of 4" V.C.P sewer line 64 4" cleanouts 3 6" cleanouts 1 8" cleanout FISCAL IMPACT The within this project. the publicly dedicated waterlines.
