ENG OF STAGECOACH PARK RECOMMENDED ACTION: APPROVAL TO GRANT A SEWER Adopt Resolution No. aRh approving the execution of deed granting an easement to Leucadia County Water Distric for the installation of a sewer line across a portion c Stagecoach Park. ITEM EXPLANATION The easement will provide right-of-way to Leucadia Couni Water District for installation of a sewer main line that wi provide service to Carlsbad Tract 85-15, a 131 un residential subdivision located at the northeast corner Rancho Santa Fe Road and Mision Estancia. The granting of the sewer easement and installation of t sewer line will not adversely affect the City’s use of t park site. The Parks and Recreation Director has reviewed t proposed grant and has consented to its use for sewer li purposes. FISCAL IMPACT No fiscal impact to the City. EXHIBITS 1. I Location Map. 2. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsba determined it to be in the public interest to quitclaim 1 easements; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council a City of Carlsbad, California, as follows: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 2. That the Grant Deed conveying an easement for line purposes to Leucadia County Water District, which file with the City Clerk and is incorporated by this refer is approved, 3.
