RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Staff recmmends Council adopt Resolution No. 870 6 , approving the le, for storage spce at Palmar Airport '3usiness Park.
ITEM EXPLANATION
On August 2, 1983, Council. approved a three year gross lease for 5,763 sq,
of storage spwe at Palmar Airport bsiness Park. A summary of the costs
presented bel ow:

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARSBAD, CPLIFORNIA, APPROVING
A LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD AND PALOMAR 910 ASSOCIATES, LTD.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, as fol
1. That a certain agreement between the City of Carlsbad and Pal
Associates, Ltd., a copy of which is attached hereto marked Exhibit A
incorporated herein by reference, is hereby approved.
2. That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized c
