ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPRNEMENTS
OF PINE AVENUE (P.D. 232)
CITY MGR
Accept improvements, authorize City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion,
release bonds, and direct the Utilities and Maintenance Departments to commence
maintaining the public streets associated with this subdivision.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The
requested the City to accept the following Public Improvements:
Developer has constructed all improvements required of this project and has
1. 4,029 S.F. of A.C. Paving
2. 309 L.F. of Type "G" curb and gutter
3. 1,305 S.F. of P.C.C. sidewalk
4. 936 S.F. of driveway entrance
5. 2 curb outlets
6. 8 street trees
7. 1 street light
0. 2 sewer laterals
9. 2 2" water service
FISCAL IMPACT
The City will be required to maintain publicly dedicated streets.
