ITEM EXPLANATION Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad Tract Unit 4, a 141-lot subdivision located on Tamarack Avenue, for conforman the Subdivision Map Act and the Carlsbad Municipal Code. The final map c substantially with the conditions of approval and the tentative map as i by the City Council on December 17, 1985, per Resolution No. 8304. This project has been designated as developing on Exhibit "A" of Ordim 9791, therefore, it is exempt from the provisions of the growth mar ordinance.
