ITEM EXPLANATION
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad
an 83-unit residential development located on the northeast qu:
intersection of Tamarack Avenue and Pontiac Drive for conform;
Subdivision Map Act and the Carlsbad Municipal Code. The final
