- ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept improvements, authorize City Clerk to record the Not
Completion, release bonds, and direct the Utilities and Main
Department to commence maintaining the public streets associated wi
subdivision .
ITEM EXPLANATION
The Developer has constructed all improvements required of this proj
has requested the City to accept the following Public Improvements:
1. Streets: 271,773 Sq. Ft. of A.C. Pavement
16,234 L.F. of Curb and Gutter
3,366 Sq. Ft. of Cross Gutter
23 Access Holes
25 Street Signs
2. Storm Drainage: 489 L.F. of 15" R.C.P. Storm Drain 115 L.F. of 18" R.C.P. Storm Drain
276 L.F. of 21" R.C.P. Storm Drain
6 Curb Inlets
2 Clean Outs
3 Slope Anchors
90 Sq. Ft. of Rip Rap
FISCAL IMPACT
The City will be required to maintain publicly dedicated streets.

Faithful Performance Bond #1ST 343 182 Grading and Erosion Control. Bond #lSt 343 181
Dear Tim:
This is to request the release of the above mentioned
bonds. We have completed all work relative to these
bonds and I have enclosed a copy of the 'Notice of Approv
for the Melrose extension at Alga Rd which was our last
item to complete for this project.
Please advise me on what needs to be done to get these bonds released. I have sent along a copy of them for
your reference.
