RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council by motion authorize a closed session
regarding pending litigation as follows:
I move that the Council hold a closed session to
discuss Metzger v. City of Carlsbad pursuant to Government Code 554956.9 (a).
I move that the Council hold a closed session to
discuss Magidow v. Sanborn and Elsner v. City of
Carlsbad pursuant to Government Code §51956.9(a).
