RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution No. pf+qq , transferring $15,000 to provide for the conversion and review of the Carlsbad Municipal Code. ITEM EXPLANATION The last codification and legal analysis of our Municipal Code was canpleted in 1971. Since that codification, our code has grown to 1,354 pages, fills 2 binders, and weighs a total of 19 pounds, 2 ounces. Additions to our code will soon take it to 3 binders. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows: 1. That the abuve recitations are true and correct. 2. That the transfer of $15,000 frcm the General Fund contingency account to the City Clerk's operating budget account number 001-840-1030-2479 is hereby appr wed.
