REASON
Treetops paid for plan check fees
on 8/11/86 on a Miscellaneous_
Receipt. Treetop then paid for
their B~ilding Permits on 8/29/86
and were recharged for the same
plan check fees. Treetops is
requesting a refund of their
duplicate payment.
Kaiser Dev. Co. paid for a Po~y
VilWl Chloride (PVC-plastic pip-a)
inspection. Two days later a
~eversal on tho decision to re-
4uire a plastic pipe inspection
was approved. Kaiser Dev. Co.
is requesting a refund of. their
fees paid.
Any refund of fees reduces the amount of revenue available to the
city: however, the city may not retain fees collected in error,
collected for ser~ices ~hich cannot be rendered, or collected with
the intention of using said fees for a dep~sit to gµarantee the
completion of a task once the task is completed.
