MPNAGEMENT ASSISTANT, MANAGEMENT RECOMMENDED ACTION: City Council adopt Resolution No. m5-1 revising the classification of Manqement Assistant, Management Analyst, and Senior Management Analyst. ITEM EXPLANATION The Personnel Department in concrurrence with the City Manqer's Office recanmends that several charges be made to the classifications of Administrative Aide, Administrative Assistant I and Administrative Assistant 11. modifications are being requested in order to clarify the wording in each of the classifications. changed to pruvide a more accurate description of the classifications. NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad California, as follows: 1. That the abwe recitations are true and correct. 2. Analyze data and make recanmendations on the formulation of operatinq procedure and staffim , and organizational requirements within the area assigned.
