Approve Final Maps of Cadsbad Tract No. 84-35, Units 2 and 3 (Falcon
ITEM EXPLANATION
Engineering
84-35, Units 2 and 3, a 151-unit condo project located on the sout
the southerly end of F’ontiac Drive for conformance with the Subdiv
Act and the Carlsbad Municipal Code. The final maps conform subs
with the Conditions of Approval and the tentative map as approve
Council on February 5, 1965, per Council Resolution No. 7904.
This project is not exempt from the provisions of the growth m
ordinance and therefore building permits will not be issued for lo
these tracts until a local facilities plan has been prepared and th
