WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on July 30,
and August 27, 1986 hold duly noticed public hearings as
1 prescribed by law to consider amendments to the Land Use El
of the General Plan GPA/LU 86-5 and GPA/LU 86-7: and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined tl
these projects would not have significant impacts on the
environment and the City Council has concurred and Negative
Declarations were issued and approved in satisfaction of tk

CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 21, OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDITION
OF CHAPTER 21.100 ESTABLISHING THE TRANSPORTATION
