The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Calfiforr does ordain as follows: Section 1: That Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal is anended by the addition of Chapter 21.100 to read as I 91 10 11 12 follows: Chapter 21.100 T-C Transportation Corridor Sections: 21.100.010 Intent and purpose. 21.100.020 Permitted uses and structures. 13 14 15 17 18 l6 19 21.100.030 Precise development plan. 21,100.050 Conditions. 21.100.060 Minimum lot area. 21.100.010 Intent and purpose. The intent and pur of the T-C zone is to provide for and ensure the preservatio certain public transporation rights-of-way which will: (1) iInsure that adequate land area is available for future ltranspor tat ion modes ; ,jwith the general plan and the surrounding developments; I ~ 1 21.100.040 Uses permitted by conditional use permi (2) Insure compatibility of the develol I \ 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 (4) Provide for public improvements an( !other conditions of approval necessitated by the development 21.100.020 Transporation corridor permitted uses anc structures.
