ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AIITQ.LU&~,&L OF P. C. JEWETT CO.
Accept improvements, authorize City Clerk to record the Notice of
Completion, release bonds, and direct the Utilities and Maintenance
Departments to commence maintaining the public streets associated with
this subdivision.
ITIEM EXPLANATION
The Developer has constructed all improvements required of this project
and has requested the City to accept the following Public
Improvements:
71,351 Square Feet of A. C. Pavement $ 114,161.60
2,284 Linear Feet. of Type G Curb and Gutter $ 19,642.40
13,071 Square Feet of Sidewalk $ 22,874.25
1,200 Square Feet. of Cross Gutter $ 2,400.00
2,000 Linear Feet. of Median, Curb and Gutter $ 17,200.00
1 Street Lights $ 2,650.00
TOTAL OF IMPROVEMENTS $ 180,128.25
3 Handicap Ramps $ 1,200.00
FISCAL IMPACT
The Ut ilities/Maintenance Department will be required to maintain the

CBntractor, and American Motorists Insurance Co. was the
surety, was completed.
