RECOMMENDED ACTION:
LOKER AVENUE WEST
Adopt Resolution No. /9J,7 approving a quitclaim returning acces
rights to Loker Avenue West and accepting a grant deed limiting acces
rights to Loker Avenue West.
ITEM EXPLANATION
Previously the City had restricted access rights to Loker Avenue Wes
with a proposed project by the developer. Now the developer, Carlsba
Crossroads Limited, has modified their original plan and has requeste
a minor shift in the approved access points.
The City Development Processing Services and Engineering Department ha
reviewed this action and finds it acceptable.
FISCAL IMPACT
The developer has paid the required processing fees to cover staff tim
and costs.
