1. Adopt Resolution No. FPJf to quitclaim easements for sewer
and drainage purposes over a portion of Carlsbad Tract No. 74-21.
2. Adopt Resolution No. &G?q accepting an easement for general utilities over a portion of Carlsbad Tract No, 74-21.
ITEM EXPLANATION
Carlsbad Crossroads Limited, owner of the subject property, has
requested the above actions. They have proposed development of their
property that would require a realignment of the proposed utilities.
The City Engineering Department has reviewed all documents and plans
for these actions and finds them acceptable.
FISCAL IMPACT
Accepting the new easements now, eliminates City expense in future
right-of-way acquisition.
