Funds are available to pay less the 5% retention. A final recap of Safety Center expenditures compared to budget will be on Council agenda February 10, 1987. Page 2 of Agenda Bill No. The final project total for each contractor includes change orders handled administratively in accordance with Administrative Order No. 7 to cover necessary additional work. FISCAL IMPACT All contract amounts in total have been encumbered and those funds are available to pay the retainage.
