RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the refund of the following fees:
Hughes North County Associates $6,791.50
ITEM EXPLANATION:
the following fees have been collected hy the City and shoul4 be
refunded to the appropriate parties:

REASON.
Hughes No. Co. Assoc. ·was overchar(J,ed
for sewer connection fees. They
were charged $1,000.00 per EDU in-
stead of $150.00 per EDU as agreed
upon in the Hosp Grove Settlement.
Any refund of fees reduces the amount of revenue available to the
city: however, the city may not r~tain fees collected in error,
collected for services ~hich cannot be rendered, or collected with
the intention of using said fees for a deposit to guarantee the
completion of a task once the task is completed.
