ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
OF MINOR SUBDIVISION NO. 660
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept improvements, authorize City Clerk to record the
Notice of Completion, release bonds, and direct the Utilities
and Maintenance Departments to commence maintaining the public streets associated with this subdivision.

The Developer has constructed all improvements required of this project and has requested the City to accept the following Public Improvements:

1,082 Sq. Ft. of Driveway & Turn Around 433 Sq. Ft. of Concrete Cross-Gutter
10,552 Sq. Ft. of A.C. Pavement and Base
1,400 Sq. Ft. of A.C. Overlay One Fire Hydrant
Three Water Services
Two Street Lights

TOTAL PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS: $52.460.00
FISCAL IMPACT
The Utilities and Maintenance Department will be required to maintain the public improvements. The value of the improve-
ment is estimated at $52,460.00.

Engineering project consisting of Minor Subdivision No. 660, Karl
H. Krahl on which Brian Smith Engineers was the Contractor, and
Amwest Surety Insurance Co. was the surety, was completed.
