ITEM EXPLANATION
As per Conditions of Approval for Carlsbad Tract No.
(Tamarack Pointe), Resolution No. 7674 dated July 17,
the project was required to provide a secondary emei
access until such time that Pontiac Drive was comp:
Pontiac Drive is now complete and the ingress and I
easement is no longer necessary.
