RECOMMEND.ED ACTION:
Approve the refund of the following fees:
CGC CONSTRUC'rION $1,116.27
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The following fees have been collected by the City and should be
refunded to the appropriate parties:

FISCAL IMPACT:
AMOUNT
$1,116.27
REASON
CGC Construction paid for
Building Permit #86-133 in
which the area of the building
was miscalculated. Due to this
miscalculation CGC Const. paid
toomuch for their permit and
are requesting a refund of the
over payment.
Any refund of fees reduces the amount of revenue available to the
city: however, the city may not retain fees collected in error,
collected for services ~hich cannot be r~ndered, or collected with
ihe intention of using said fees for a deposit to guarantee the
completion of a task once the task is completed.
