RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. /y/b , appointing two members to the Board of
Directors for the Foundation for Carlshad Community Cable Television.
ITEM EXPLANATION
The terms of Robert Sheppard and Bill Dominguez expired in January, 1987.
individuals have served since the Foundation was created in 1983; and both
individuals have indicated their desire to be reappointed to the Board of
Directors.
Both
Appointments made at this time will be for two-year terms and will expire on
January 31, 1989.
Other members are Sharon Strong, Julianne Nygaard and Bob Cole.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
THE FOUNDATION FOR CARLSBAD COMMUNITY CABLE TELEVISION.
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING Two MEMBERS TO
WHEREAS, the terms of Robert Sheppard and Rill Dominguez expired on Januar)
31, 1987;
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following persons are hereby appointed to serve as members of
the Board of Directors for the Foundation for Carlsbad Community Cable
Television for terms expiring January 31, 1989:
