Accept improvements, authorize City Clerk to record t\
Notice of Completion, release bonds, and direct the Utilitic
and Maintenance Department to commence maintaining tt
public streets associated with this subdivision.
ITEM EXPLANATION
The Developer has constructed all improvements required I
this project and has requested the City to accept tt
following Public Improvements:
255.0 L.F. Curb and Gutter $ 2,805.00
1,225.0 Sq. Ft. Sidewalk $ 3,307.00
5,038.0 Sq. Ft. A.C. Pavement $ 9,824.00
Two (2) curb outlets $ 4,000.00
TOTAL VALUE OF IMPROVEMENTS $19,936.00
FISCAL IMPACT
The Utilities and Maintenance Department will be required t
maintain the public streets. The value of the improvement :
estimated at $19,936.00.
