FOR WATER LINE EASEMENT PURPOSES
Adopt Resolution No. 90Qa accepting a Grant Deed
water line easement purposes.
ITEM EXPLANATION
As a condition of approval of Site Development Plan 86-4 t
owner is required to offer a 15-foot wide easement for wat
line and appurtenances. The easement is located near
Place Court as described in Exhibit A and shown on Exhibit
of the attached Grant Deed.
FISCAL IMPACT
Requiring dedications as a condition of development will si
the City expenses in the future right-of-way acquisitions.
