RECOMMENDED ACTION:

Accept improvements, authorize City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion, release bonds, and direct the Utilities
and Maintenance Departments to commence maintaining the public streets associated with this subdivision.
ITEM EXPLANATION
The Developer has constructed all improvements required of
this project and has requested the City to accept the
following Public Improvements:

Two Fire Hydrants Three 2" Water Services One 3" to 6" Reducer

FISCAL IHPACT
The Costa Real Municipal Water District will be required to
maintain the public water improvements. The value of the
improvement is estimated at $24,598.00.

This is to request an inspection and the release of all bonds and cash
security deposit for the Carlsbad Pacifica office building located at 5050
Avenida Encinas in Carlsbad.
Notice of Completion was filed September 29, 1986.
