Accept improvements, authorize City Clerk to record
Notice of Completion, release bonds, and direct the Utili
and Maintenance Department to commence maintaining public streets associated with this subdivision,
ITEM EXPLANATION
The Developer has constructed all improvements require
this project and has requested the City to accept
following Public Improvements:
Streets
382 Ln. Ft. of curb and gutter $ 3,554.1
94 Ln. Ft. of curb $ 749.
$ 1,778. 1,016 Sq. Ft. of cross gutter
2,660 Sq. Ft. of sidewalk $ 4,655.
14,600 Sq. Ft. of A.C. pavement and base $ 25,258.
$ 1,750.
10 street trees $ 500.
Relocation of traffic signal
Sewer:
1 sewer access hole $ 1,520.
1 curb outlet
2 street lights $ 3,000.
$ 12,000.
25 Ln. Ft. of 8" sewer main $ 455.
TOTAL IMPROVEMENTS: $ 55,219.
FISCAL IMPACT
The Utilities and Maintenance Department will be requir
